Illona is a percusive fingerstyle guitarist. She composes, arranges and plays various songs using her guitar as a multi instruments.

Passionate about music from a young age, in spring 2009, at the age of 13 she started learning fingerstyle guitar on her own by watching videos on YouTube and especially by dint of relentlessness and a real passion for her instrument.

The talent of the young guitarist is quickly revealed and in 2011, she won the first prize of SACEM Young Talent contest. Among the jury, the violinists Didier Lockwood and Fiona Monbet, gipsy jazz guitarist Marcel Campion and movie director Tony Gatlif. Thereafter, Illona multiplied meeting great names using guitars. In 2012, Illona was the special guest of Sungha Jung and Michel Haumont and she opened Biréli Lagrène's concert at the Trianon in Paris. She took part in Guitar Night at the Petit Journal Montparnasse and was invited to perform at famous Musikmesse in Frankfurt for more than three occasions. Illona was also programmed by the Solidays Festival in 2016 and even Acoustic Le Festival in 2019 where she shared the bill with renowned artists such as Keziah Jones, Clara Luciani ...

Music has no borders, and this is the case for Illona who is invited to play in Italy, Austria, Germany, South Korea. She is sponsored by Baton Rouge Guitars (GER), Elixir strings (USA), Klotz AIS Cables (GER), the capo brand G7th (UK), as well as Fusion bags (UK).

In August 2013, Illona recorded her first album in Italy. Her CD The Guitar Power is a courageous and true acoustic appropriation. The album is made up of various pieces that she is particularly fond of, belonging to different periods and musical genres. This is how Smooth Criminal by Michael Jackson, to Just The Two Of Us by Bill Withers via Get Lucky by Daft Punk leads us to travel to the enchanting world of Illona.

In September 2021, illona releases her original song Broken, in collaboration with Myriam Bouskour, a classical singer.
